Doing Wellbeing Well
With over thirty years of commercial business experience, Lizado founder, Adrian Yeates, brings a fresh perspective to Workplace Wellbeing. Notwithstanding a long history of depression and anxiety, he has worked successfully in several industries, both at home and abroad, and at all management levels including CEO of Volvo Car Ireland Ltd.
Adrian has complemented his business experience by up-skilling in Training Delivery and Evaluation
(QQI level 6, with Distinction) and a Certificate in Stress Management.
He has also completed courses and retreats in Mindfulness
and currently holds a Sixth Dan black belt in Taekwon Do.
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, Adrian can address your employees, business groups, and management teams with credibility, authenticity, and relatability.
A committed and passionate advocate for positive Mental Health, Adrian has completed the following training:
