Stress is everywhere nowadays, be it job related, financial, relationships, etc. Our bodies are not designed to carry long-term stress, therefore, if left unchecked, it can adversely affect our judgement, productivity and overall wellbeing. Lizado Services can help employees to understand Stress and its physiology, as well as how to cope better with it in the workplace. 

We offer one-hour, half-day, and full-day workshops, including 
* Understanding Stress, physiology, triggers, coping mechanisms
* Stress Management for Managers.     

Mental Health in the Workplace

It is estimated that one in four people will experience some mental health problems in their lifetime.

In Ireland today, mental health issues still carry an element of stigma which, unfortunately, is even more pronounced in the workplace. This can cause individuals to feel very isolated and fearful for their jobs and future, thereby adding further stress to an already difficult situation. It is only by carefully and sensitively discussing mental health in a safe and open manner that we can change perceptions and encourage individuals to get the help they need.

This half day workshop covers my personal journey with depression and anxiety, offering insights into coping, resilience and performance.

Mindfulness practice is an excellent antidote to stressful living. It is the psychological process of bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment, on purpose and without judgement. Developing a regular practice of Mindfulness is known to improve both your mental and physical health, thereby positively contributing to your ability to deal with a busy lifestyle.

Lizado Services offers
* a one-hour Introduction to Mindfulness 
* a half-day Mindfulness workshop

Both sessions include guided Meditations.
